FR Talk about my project

Spreadsheets bursting at the seams, off-the-shelf software that doesn't fit the way you work: when the tool doesn't exist, we build it. An internal tool, a client portal, or software you sell.

(02) The telltale sign

Three Excel files, an inbox and software picked eight years ago.

Information is scattered: it lives in two places at once, nobody has the full picture, everything goes through you or gets lost. And when someone leaves, their know-how leaves with them.

A custom business application is the opposite of generic software: it's built on how you work, your rules, your vocabulary, your exact steps.

(03) What we build

One system that brings your whole business together.

01

Industry CRM and case management

Leads, clients, deals, with your own statuses and follow-up rules.

02

Operations tracking

Scheduling, production, jobs, inventory, with the views each role actually needs.

03

Client portal

Your clients check their files, documents and invoices without emailing you.

04

Plugged into what you have

Accounting, invoicing, email, phone: the application fits in, it doesn't replace everything.

05

AI built in, where it helps

Smart search, document generation, automatic sorting.

06

Software you sell

Your tool can become a product for others: that's our Launch a SaaS offer.

(04) Our work

Two apps designed and built in-house.

Taido and Régie are our own applications: we use them every day to get our work done.

01

Taido

A to-do app where every task becomes a workspace for Claude Code and Codex. A ring shows which agent is working, which one is waiting for an answer and which one is done; everything stays on your computer.

02

Régie

A motion design studio for the Mac: Claude Code makes the films, you direct, from brief to final cut, one step at a time.

(05) Included

What's included, every time.

01

Business scoping

We look at how you really operate, then write the exact scope of V1 together. Whatever isn't in it goes on the list for V2, not out the window.

02

Approved mockups

You see the system before it exists: every screen is approved before the first line of code.

03

Delivered in stages

Regular demos: you see the application working along the way, never a black box.

04

Go-live

Hosting, backups, monitoring, and training for your team.

05

One-month guarantee

Fixes during the first month are included.

06

One point of contact

From the first call to delivery, the same person on the phone.

FAQ

Your questions.

01We've tried tools before. Nobody used them.

That's what happens when the tool is chosen before the way you work is understood. We start by looking at how you actually operate (who does what, where information gets lost), then build around your way of working. Mockups are signed off by the people who will use the tool, before the first line of code.

02Off-the-shelf or custom software: how do you choose?

Off-the-shelf software wins when your need is standard (accounting, payroll, a simple CRM). Custom wins when the way you work is what makes you valuable: what you do differently deserves a tool that follows it exactly, rather than ten subscriptions bent out of shape to get close.

03How much does a custom business application cost?

It depends on the number of screens, user roles and integrations with your existing tools. We price every project individually, with a firm quote within 5 days and no overruns billed. The first 30-minute call is enough for a ballpark figure.

04What happens after delivery?

The first month of fixes is included. After that, we handle maintenance and new features, in a format we agree on together at delivery.

05Can you take over an existing application?

Yes, after an audit of the existing code: we tell you what can be kept, what needs rewriting and why, then you decide based on a firm quote.

Got a project? Let'stalk.

A 30-minute video call, no commitment. You leave with one concrete thing to do, or we tell you there's nothing to do.
