FR Talk about my project

Agents, assistants and AI built into your software: plugged into what you already use, they prepare the work, whatever it is, and you keep the final say. No new tools to adopt.

(02) What we integrate

Not another chatbot: AI connected to your real data.

It works within a defined scope, cites its sources, and hands over to a human when the situation calls for it.

01

An AI agent, your company's right hand

It reads your emails, quotes and invoices, and prepares what you'd expect from a colleague: who to call back, what to invoice, which file to handle first.

02

An assistant for your documents

Ask a question, get an answer drawn from your own documents, with a link to the source so you can check.

03

AI inside your application

Document generation, automatic sorting, smart search: AI goes wherever it saves time in your tool.

04

Summaries and reports, written for you

The numbers you pull together every month arrive analyzed and written up, in the format you actually read.

(03) Day to day

The moments where it changes your week.

01Monday morning

Who to call back, and why

Four files with no news for twelve days: last exchange, amount at stake, follow-up already drafted.

02Before a meeting

The brief in ten lines

History, sticking point, what was promised, without opening five tools or asking three people.

03At month-end

What's neither paid nor invoiced

A quote accepted three weeks ago with nothing sent since? You see it right away.

04As it comes in

Requests sorted for you

Incoming requests qualified and prioritized, files pre-filled, summaries in the format you read.

(04) Trust

Where the answers come from.

Every line cites its source: the email, the quote, the document it came from. You can always trace it back to the original.

The question isn't whether AI can make mistakes: it can, and the design starts from there. The agent only acts within its scope, anything leaving your company goes through your sign-off, and everything is logged.

A real example: for MAIA, a report analyzes the Instagram account every month, and follow-ups go out in exactly the tone Marine wanted. See the project →

(05) Your data

Your data stays yours.

01

No public training

Your data is never used to train public models.

02

In Europe if needed

Models hosted in Europe or sovereign solutions, depending on your constraints.

03

Written into the contract

Everything is set out in the contract, GDPR included.

04

The right model

Anthropic, OpenAI or Mistral: the choice is explained in the quote, never imposed out of habit.

FAQ

Your questions.

01What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot follows a script and misses the point as soon as you step outside it. A custom AI agent is connected to your real data (emails, quotes, invoicing, history), acts within a defined scope, and hands over to a human when the situation calls for it.

02Where do the answers come from? And what if the AI gets it wrong?

Every line cites its source: the email, the quote, the document it comes from. The design assumes a mistake can happen: limited scope, human sign-off on everything that leaves your business, full logging. During the warranty month, we fine-tune the edge cases seen in real use.

03Does our data stay confidential?

Yes. Your data is never used to train public models. Depending on your needs, we work with models hosted in Europe or sovereign solutions, and everything is set out in the contract (GDPR included).

04Which AI models do you use?

Models from the major providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral) depending on your needs and constraints, hosted in Europe when required. The choice is justified in the quote, never imposed out of habit.

05Does this mean letting people go?

No. AI takes over tasks, not jobs. What disappears is searching for information, the forgotten follow-up, the brief pieced together by hand. Your team gets that time back for work that matters.

06How much does an AI integration cost?

It depends on the scope, the number of data sources to connect and the level of safeguards required. Firm quote within 5 days, the price we quote is the price you pay, and a ballpark figure from the first 30-minute call.

A 30-minute video call, no commitment. You leave with one concrete thing to do, or we tell you there's nothing to do.
